Executive Director
Felicia Carbajal is a community organizer, social entrepreneur, abolitionist, and manifestor with over two decades of movement-building experience. They have tirelessly advocated social justice, particularly in the areas of LGBTQ rights, criminal justice, cannabis reform, and transformative justice. Felicia’s leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping TSIC’s mission and impact.

Daniel V. Rodriguez
Senior Engagement Manager
Daniel Vigil Rodriguez brings dynamic energy to our network, crafting intersectional programs through an LGBTQIA+ restorative justice lens, fueled by their lived experience in a system-impacted household. Specializing in educational programming, partnerships, and community outreach, Daniel combines an alternative design background with a passion for delivering impactful workshops and happenings that empower marginalized communities.

Staff Attorney
Alexander Tron is a dedicated advocate for equity and justice. He brings a wealth of legal experience, community organizing, and program development. Alexander’s commitment to transformative justice and their ability to build strong community partnerships make him a vital part of TSIC’s leadership team.

Paralegal
Leslie Morales is a passionate paralegal and advocate for marginalized communities. Specializing in post-conviction relief and reentry services in her legal career, Leslie is dedicated to empowering impacted community members through legal advocacy.

Olliver Pettit-Perez
Community Outreach Coordinator
Olliver is a passionate advocate for social equity and LGBTQ+ rights, deeply committed to empowering marginalized communities. As a third-generation Mexican-American and proud member of the queer community with a background in linguistics, Olliver’s focused studies on the intersection of language, culture, and prejudice inform how they use their lived experiences to drive meaningful change in criminalized BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities throughout Los Angeles County.

Tracee Porter
Lived Experience Expert
Tracee Porter, a 2024/2025 Solis Policy Institute Fellow and Lived Experience Expert at TSIC, is dedicated to abolishing carceral systems and advocating for justice for marginalized communities. Her own wrongful conviction in 1999, expunged 25 years later, fuels her commitment to this work. With a BA in Africana Studies and a strong background in grassroots campaigns, Tracee is focused on creating impactful programs for systems-impacted individuals, including co-creating the Lived Experience Expert Fellowship, launching in 2025.

Traz Co
Volunteer Coordinator
Through education, training, and effective organizing, Traz has directed their energy in meaningful service for others because she, like many others, yearns for the opportunities and equity that we all strive for.
