The Leadership Through Service program is dedicated to dismantling traditional service hierarchies and inspiring everyday leaders to drive meaningful change. At its core, the program fosters a sense of shared responsibility, empowering individuals to be agents of healing and transformation in their communities. Participants are equipped with tools and opportunities to reflect on their own experiences while supporting others in reclaiming their narratives. By nurturing connections rooted in care and collective healing, the program lays the groundwork for a future where everyone is valued and empowered to contribute to a more equitable world. From advocating for LGBTQ+ rights to combating systemic violence against communities of color, Leadership Through Service encourages collaborative action that uplifts all voices and creates lasting impact.
