Participants are equipped with tools and opportunities to reflect on their own experiences while supporting others in reclaiming their narratives. By nurturing connections rooted in care and collective healing, the program lays the groundwork for a future where everyone is valued and empowered to contribute to a more equitable world. From advocating for LGBTQ+ rights to combating systemic violence against communities of color, Leadership Through Service encourages collaborative action that uplifts all voices and creates lasting impact.
