This holiday season, let us come together to continue honoring the existence and resilience of LGBTQ+ people in the San Fernando Valley. With recent political change in our valley communities and targeted hate crimes on the rise throughout the US, we want to host an event that centers our LGBTQ+ & BIPOC leaders who have been on the ground working with our communities to help us heal collectively.
We are excited to invite you this year to the Queer Together hosted by the San Fernando Valley #Out4MentalHealth Task Force. For this year’s theme, serve your best metallic look and let’s shine together. We will be having our annual holiday event at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church (14646 Sherman Way, Van Nuys, CA 91405). Join us for an all inclusive queer & trans holiday event that allows individuals to be free and express their creativity, talent, and love for one another as we address, advocate, and come together to support our most vulnerable LGBTQ+ community members. This brave space event offers an opportunity to our LGBTQ+ members of the valley to celebrate with their chosen family and community.
We have taken the lead on bringing organizations and groups together to build solidarity across the communities we serve year-long and we need all hands on deck and your generous support to make this a memorable community event.
